We would like to dedicate this post to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a blessed 2013 full of joy and happiness. We are so thankful to have you all in our lives and we are looking forward to a spectacular new year with many beautiful weddings and amazing clients. 2012 was a significant year for our business with lots of growth, re-branding, re-structuring, and re-focusing, to bring you the best quality work possible.
We also would like to mention that we have not forgotten the terrible events that happened this year, including the most recent devastating event in Newtown, CT. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of these families and people affected by this horrifying tragedy. May God bring warmth and comfort to all these hearts.
Merry Christmas and please do not forget what is most important in life, and to let the people around you know how much you love them.

I was so thrilled this past weekend when my gorgeous friend, Elma from Germany, came to visit me in Georgia. Besides the great joy of just seeing her in person and catching up after 10 years, I was really excited for a personal project and taking a few photos of her. -Annika
This session is also a very good example for what a girl should wear on her engagement session. We always get asked that question, and here is one of our suggestions: pastel and creamy neautral colors, a somewhat dressy style give a romantic but playful look in our opinion! Beautiful accessories, such as a hair piece, light scarf, carefully selected jewelry, or even a hat are great additions to complete your outfit. We also recommend you get your hair and make up professionally done, but of course, you’re not obligated to. For the guys, we usually suggest a more casual but “cool” look like jeans or khaki pants with a dressier top or a button shirt. We love details for the men as well, like suspender, bows ties, vests, even nerdy glasses! …. anything unique is welcome.

We have a great collection of behind-the-scenes photos and thought it wouldn’t be fair to keep these just to ourselves. Hope you enjoy seeing a little bit of what goes on behind our lenses and get a good chuckle out of it too or just go ahead and laugh out loud!
We work pretty hard but we also get to see some of the most amazingly beautiful places!
We usually have about 20lbs of equipment hanging off our shoulders!
We are not afraid to stand in the middle of the streets or to dive into the bushes, all for a great photo’s sake!
We love to be among our ‘own kind’ (aka other fellow photographers) and learn more and more!
Sometimes we run out of hands and have to stick props in our hair!
We work so much that sometimes we go a little crazy…..haha
We get to go on great adventurous road trips and discover new places!
We get stuck in the branches in the middle of the woods…
Annika is more than a photographer! She’s a great make up artist and hair stylist! =o)
Again…always 1210210240 things hanging off of us!
We get special parking, even in the woods!
Try new things…
And besides being silly we take our job very seriously and we absolutely LOVE being behind the lens, never missing a a special moment, but every once in a while sneaking a shot of each other in action!
